Founded in 2008, the Ontario Special Constable Association (OSCA) was created to be a medium through which Special Constables may share information, impart knowledge and build on the honour of their profession. The Ontario Special Constable Association’s vision is to build on progressive and innovative leadership and through that strengthen our professional standing in our role in the Law Enforcement community. We will strive through progressive and effective leadership to encourage cooperation and unity within our membership. Membership is comprised of Special Constables employed by services such as Public Housing, Transit, Universities as well as others. OSCA is recognized as a dynamic and innovative leader on issues relating to the existence and role of Special Constables in Ontario
